Patrick is the founder of Gratitech, Gratitech Research And Charitable Endeavor Corporation (Nonprofit, Patriotic, Charitable, Scientific, Research Organization) & CyberArmor.ai and he is also a Principal Application Security Architect at United Airlines, Senior Security Analyst at Guidepoint Security, & “AI-Powered Cloud Defense” video course Author at EC-Council; former: Application Security Advisor, Cloud Security Architect, IAM Threat Detection & Response Consultant at Fannie Mae, a leading provider of mortgage financing in the US, Berkshire Hathaway, Chubb Insurance, Volvo & Mack trucks, ZeroNorth.io (Now Harness.io’s “Sec” in DevSecOps), Contrast Security and High Risk Public Trust sensitivity employee in the US Government. He has over 20 years of technology, application security, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, fintech, machine learning, IoT and cyber physical security experience, spanning the full spectrum of securing the OSI Model. He is also a certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and a graduate of the inaugural class of the Constellation Network Flight Program, a blockchain-based platform for decentralized applications. Patrick has been trusted by the US Federal Government as a Senior Application Security Engineer & Architect at the High Risk Public Trust Sensitivity Level. Patrick was the first person ever hired in the position at the United States 🇺🇸 Railroad Retirement Board, an Independent Agency of the Executive Branch of the United States 🇺🇸 of America and worked 3 years in that position until accepting a position at Contrast Security as a Senior Application Security Solutions Architect in 2020 Patrick accepted a position at ZerNorth.io(Acquired by Harness.io in November 2021) & built their Rapid Integration Connector for Rapid Vulnerability Report Integrations into the ZeroNorth.io SaaS AppSec Testing & Posture Management platform, reducing new vulnerability reporting format integration timelines from months to minutes. Patrick is the founder of CyberArmor.ai, Gratitech Research And Charitable Endeavor Corporation, & Gratitech Incorporated, with the goal of reducing time and cost of cybersecurity management, while increasing accuracy and protection. He leverages his expertise in artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, data science, machine learning & application security to create innovative software products and services for Gratitech and its customers, such as s3cr3tx, an open source secret protection/secret management project that protects secrets and credentials used by software, applications, source code, developers and software engineers. Patrick is passionate about coding, yoga, surfing, meditation, & Jeet Kune Do, & he is currently studying AI and Data Science at Northwestern University. Patrick also created and maintains a number of open source AppSec & AI projects including https://s3cr3tx.com an MVP/POC for cross platform/multi-infrastructure/multi cloud/programming language agnostic secret protection solution distributed via download for on-Premises use and SaaS or hybrid cloud systems use cases.

Mike Mausteller: Chief Operating Officer | COO of Gratitech
Mike Mausteller is the President of Buckeye Business Performance, a business value acceleration firm located in Columbus, Ohio. He also serves as a Board Member for a national group of volunteers who support start up business owners gain their initial traction and experienced business owners create organizations that manage themselves.
Mike works with Founders and Owners who want to grow their business ‘with the end in mind’, resulting in sustainable growth strategies and maximize their Exit.
Starting out as a Department Store Buyer and later Director, Mike was hired by Victoria’s Secret and assigned to the successful growth of a test concept named PINK. Three years later the team was fully developed, and the concept realized $1B in annual sales.
After working on several other successful concepts with Victoria’s Secret he went on to work for other companies: launching new products, brands, markets, and categories of business. Along the way, he has developed a dozen businesses from early stage, into the hundreds of millions of dollars in annual revenue.
He has built and developed several new teams and sourced the systems and processes necessary to achieve hypergrowth. Today uses his experience and toolkit to maximize the value of organizations and ensure a successful exit or transition for his private and family business clients. In addition to the distinction of Certified Value Growth Advisor (CVGA), he has an MBA from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisors (CEPA).
